    • Manager of Company BOM ,sales order configuration and schedule generation process - ensuring that all elements work in a consistent manner• Managing a team of 2 BOM analysts – responsible for configuring the BOM through the translation of Engineering change documentation into effective BOM structures – resulting in the correct parts being attracted to the correct vehicles in the correct quantities. • Defining the framework within which the multiple level modular BOM operates ( range detail sheets, features, options and kits )• Interfacing with Sales, Marketing and Logistics and maintaining a number of databases which ensure that the Sales input, BOM and Logistics/Supplier schedule processes work towards a common goal.• Validation of BOM output, and reporting on such things as BOM accuracy and loading / configuration progress against ETRS ( Engineering Timing & Release Schedule )• Solely responsible for all aspects of CAD support for CATIA V4 / V5 / 3DCOM / ENOVIA VPM – including, but not limited to, operating system, software, hardware, installation, networking, user support, scripting, backup ( using Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) ), maintenance contracts, data transfer and troubleshooting.
