Project looks to deliver similar services to end users but in more modern, streamlined manner including developing mobile accessible versions of solutions. Project started in 2019 with Business Case development, technology and vendor selections. Official build phase of project started September 2019. Project targets leveraging Salesforce platform in most scalable way to later allow larger expansion of customer solutions Salesforce provides (ex. digital marketing) along with internal expansion of Service Cloud capabilities for Customer Service organization continuous modernization efforts.
