My area was Antigua, where I was based plus St. Kitts, St. Lucia, Aruba and Curacao, traveling to the for mentioned islands at least twice a month.Implementing various marketing plans on the islands to improve sales and advertising in local tourist magazines on each island, promoting a close relationship with hotel managers, destination companies and anything tourist related on each individual island, also implementing employee of the month awards to hotel and restaurant workers to help promote Little Switzerland's identity on each island, as we were in competition with many luxury goods stores located on these islands.

The quay was initially built for the mega cruise ships to dock right into the capital city of Antigua, namely St. John's.
