Supporting tactical submarine communications.• Improved facility operations and processes by coordinating employee’s needs and mission objective into a viable process, tangible and logical-improving understanding, appreciation and acceptance. Fostering a trusting environment, between 18 civilian employees and their military counter parts, vital to improved strategic communication and mission sustainability.• Directly responsible for creating and submitting detailed position descriptions (PD) posted on USA Jobs website. Filtered through numerous resumes to find eligible candidates, Interview and hire nine new employees.
