Role Responsibilities: I directed the overall technical teams, including recruiting staff and conducting performance reviews of team leaders. I developed and delivered all technical solutions as well as led large project sales and delivery. I managed customers' key accounts, developed high-level designs, bids, and proposals, selected customer presentations and submitted tenders. I ensured all strategic and financial aspects, such as board reporting, cost modelling, business planning, and forecasting P&L. I directly managed the Network team, involved in various projects, including enterprise network design, deployment and management, wireless design and deployment, firewall migration, deployment and management, using Cisco and other vendor technology. Key Achievements: • Trained and developed the first professional cyber security team in 2016, becoming one of the first and largest IASME cyber essentials certification bodies and receiving CREST approval for penetration testing in 2018. • Documented and reported Key Performance Indicators, reporting performance to customers and ensuring the SLAs with managed service customers were met. • Spearheaded and efficiently managed a highly skilled helpdesk team, delivering exceptional monitoring and pro-active helpdesk services in accordance with the ITIL standards. • Maintained overall compliance with security standards, such as ISO27001, ISO9001, Cyber Essentials, and IASME Governance. • Facilitated the development of the standards in the initial years of the release by collaborating with IASME and NCSC. • Achieved ISO 27001 and ISO9001 accreditation for CNS by leading and efficiently managing the project.
