    Involved in a $500 million pipeline expansion project for Williams Gas Pipeline in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Expansion project consisted of pipeline looping and compressor station expansion in the Northeast. Responsibilities included pipeline design and permitting support for local, state and Federal permits and FERC support. I handled the design of three 42" pipeline loops in New Jersey (Woodbridge, Roseland and Stirling) along with major river crossings with HDD installation. Project interaction with land and major electrical utility (NJ PSE&G) to finalize pipeline alignment along existing electrical utility corridor. Worked as the lead design engineer, to coordinate with business development, project management, drafting, survey, land, permitting, and construction as well as with the entire Transco design team. Managed the Gulf Interstate Engineering consulting team working on the FERC filing, drafting, permitting plats and final pipeline design layout. Handled the pipeline design effort on several smart pig pipeline integrity projects for Transco along the east coast. These projects involved facility modifications including pig trap replacements, mainline block valve replacements and subsequent anomaly pipe replacement.
