As a composer, arranger and music editor, created numerous educational, instrumental, choral and keyboard publications published by Tempo Press / Lucks Music Library and the educational and sacred music publishing divisions of The Lorenz Corporation. Publications are available through J. W. Pepper and most retailers worldwide. In addition to school ensemble performances worldwide, some educational publications were recently added to the required orchestra contest lists for the Maryland (MMEA) and the Ohio (OMEA) Music Educators Associations. They have also been featured at The International Midwest Clinic in 2007, the Interlochen Center for the Arts in 2008, the 2011 Southern California Middle School Honor Orchestra and the 2011 Melbourne School Strings and Band Festival in Australia, among others. Represented organizations at sales conferences including serving as an exhibitor, presenter and speaker (see publications).

Experienced director of youth orchestras, school and church ensembles in California, Ohio and Oregon. Provided public and private school class instruction music in band and orchestra, choir, general music grades K-12, as summer faculty at the Idyllwild School for Music and the Arts, and as adjunct faculty at the University of Dayton and Wright State University. Maintained private studio for cello and bass; Sectional coach for the Youth Symphony of Southern Oregon, Dayton Philharmonic Youth Strings and the Springfield Youth Orchestra. Students have held leadership positions in their local youth orchestras, Interlochen, Aspen Music Festival, Indiana University Summer Program, conservatories, schools of music and in professional orchestras. Many others just enjoy learning music for life and the fun of it!

Current member of the Rogue Valley Symphony of Southern Oregon under conductor Martin Majkut. Performed with the New World Symphony, former member of the Missoula, Santa Barbara and Spokane Symphonies. Studied four seasons at the Los Angeles Philharmonic Institute; Performed in orchestras under the batons of Leonard Bernstein, Herbert Bloomstedt, Lucas Foss, Howard Hanson, Christopher Hogwood, Paavo Järvi, Varujan Kojian, Erich Leinsdorf, Daniel Lewis, Jahja Ling, John Nelson, Gunther Schuller, Leonard Slatkin, Esa-Pekka Salonen and Michael Tilson Thomas, among others. Performed in choral ensembles under William Denning, Lorna Cooke deVaron, William Triplet and Daniel Pinkham. Performed in bands and wind ensembles under Arthur C. Bartner, Frank Batisti and William Schaefer.
