Honolulu High-Capacity Transit Corridor Project, HI (Sept 2007-Present): The HHCTCP will provide high-capacity transit service (20 miles) in the travel corridor between Kapolei and UH Mãnoa on O’ahu. Marie recently assisted the City and County of Honolulu with the development of the Request for Proposals, Special Provisions, Technical Provisions, Management Provisions, and DB General Conditions for the West O’ahu/Farrington Highway Guideway Design-Build Contract (WOFH), Maintenance and Storage Facility (MSF), Core Systems Design-Build-Operate-Maintain Contract (CS), and the Kamehameha Guideway Design-Build Contract (KHG), The City is in the final stages of selecting Contractors for CS and KHG. WOFH and MSF contractors were selected and the procurement process was not protested. Marie is also currently assisting the City in RFP Professional Service (two-step) procurement processes for: Real Estate Services, Cultural Resources Project Manager (Kako’o), and Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) contracts. These duties include RFP, Scope of Services, schedule, and budget preparation, Marie developed the Right-of-Way Acquisition Management Plan (RAMP) for FTA approval in February 2008 and participated in two updates since then. She is currently assisting with the development of the Contract Packaging Plan. Marie has extensive database working knowledge regarding Project Solve (PS), SharePoint (SP) and Contracts Management System (CMS). She has assisted in the rollout and training of other staff members to maximize use of these programs.

As part of the Design-Build Technical Excellence Center, Marie also assisted with miscellaneous procurement services to the client for the planning and procurement of the design-build contractor for the construction of an 11.4 mile, $548 million light rail transit project from Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis to the Mall of America in Bloomington.
