    I currently am partnering with my daughter, an excellent realtor in her own right. Together we excel at marketing and selling homes and condo's, obtaining a sale price for our clients that exceeds the average per cent of sold price relative to listed price obtained by most other agents in our multiple listing system. In 2013 to date we have found and closed escrow on four homes that we found for our clients that had not yet been on the market--off market sales. We have many happy clients! Both buyers and sellers. I serve on the Professional Standards committee and my daughter serves on the Multiple Listing committee, so together we are knowledgeable about many facets of our industry. We are known to be hard working and enthusiastic.
