    Source Child Center, a residential treatment center located in Mountlake Terrace, addresses the special needs of developmentally disabled adolescents who are no longer able to live at home due to behavior problems. Through the use of a point-based rewards system and by providing a safe and consistent living situation many of these youth were able to either return home or move on to a more appropriate living situtation.
