    Head of the Human Resources department (10 people), including Recruiting area, Training and Development area and Salary and Retention area. As a manager I collaborate with the executive team to identify future challenges and to devise and implement short-term and long-term policies to achieve the organizational and strategic goals. We formulate HR strategies and recommend judicious utilization and deployment of available resources to support organizational business objectives.Our main duties as department were: 
- Coordinate the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through human resources staff; reports to the CEO; and assists and advises company managers about human resources issues.- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating the best candidates that will fit in our business culture and vision; work with the outsourcing companies, managing the contracts and all the topics related to the human force they provided us.- Oversee smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and development of new employees in the organization. - Apply different tools, such interviews, focal groups, to analyze the organizational culture in order to identify issues that need to be improved.- Coordinate different activities to identify training needs of employees for upgrading their technical 
and soft skills. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, insurance policies, medical covers, pregnancy and motherhood leaves and pension schemes for the employees. - Comply with all the Labor Ministry regulations related to the employees.
