2006 - 2010: Reported to the Chief Information Officer. Strengthened and continually enhanced collaboration, information management, and knowledge sharing throughout the Laboratory. Managed a staff of 60 consisting of the Library, Publications, Archives, and Web Services teams. Defined strategies and led projects that apply holistic information lifecycle management processes into publication and collaboration technologies. Our focus was on effective information management and release of web 2.0 collaboration tools.1997 - 2006: Reported to the Administrative Division Head. Managed the research library, Laboratory archives, information / document management activities, and web publication and alert services. The group consisted of 30 staff, of whom 17 were either professional librarians or archivists.

1995 - 1997: Project & Team Manager, BBN Interactive Learning Technologies.Reported to the Director of Interactive Learning Technologies. Supervised six instructional designers, application developers, and writers. Consulted and delivered keynote speeches, marketing presentations, talks and workshops to professional associations and to individual customers. Collaborated on the development and production of marketing collateral and proposal development. Led the development of 8 hours of web-based training1994 - 1995: Manager, BBN Planet Internet TrainingReported to the President of BBN Planet. Managed newly launched training business. During one year, with a staff of five, the Training Group developed over 12 days of curriculum (including the first commercial hands-on HTML workshop) and delivered over 100 days of training. Delivered on-site consulting and marketing presentations to professional groups and individual customers.1986 – 1995: Director of the Library, BBN Corp.Reported to the President of BBN Laboratories. Guided the development and delivery of specialized collections, virtual, electronic services via its Intranet website, on-line library catalog and research services. Managed a staff of six.
