    The First Precinct Financial Area Security Council is comprised primarily of active and retired law enforcement members from all branches as well as security directors in private and public sector. Our members attend meetings in a networking environment and a forum to share information related to the safety and security primarily, but not limited to, Lower Manhattan. On the second Wednesday of every other month, we meet at various host venues for lunch, and have a featured guest speaker. During our meetings, we receive information from LMSI, 1st Precinct, FBI, Transit District 2, PANYNJ, NYPD Shield, Counter Terrorism, FDNY, US Coast Guard and US Customs. In a collaborative effort, each agency sends a representative to discuss and inform us of any appropriate news encompassing The Financial District and any other relevant areas of the City. Our email router contains 700+ people.Some of our most noted past guest speakers have included Commissioner Bratton, Deputy Commissioner Miller, Chiefs Boyce, Fox and Waters, US Marshal Michael Greco, Joseph Dunne and Thomas Belfiore.
