    Working for Sani&Ikos Resorts, which is popular, preferably among UK, German, and Holland tourists, allowed me to get to know service preferences and specific of guests from these countries. I was working as a Head Waitress at the Mediterranean a-la-cart all-day restaurant Seasons opened exclusively to Delux guests.     Jumeirah Al Naseem, SummerSalt Beach Club and Restaurant (Pre-opening)I was responsible for providing friendly, professional and efficient F&B service according to company standards. Providing walk-in, day pass and in-house guests with information about access policy, theme, and a concept of the hotel, other outlets and activities available in the resort. My direct responsibilities on the beach were: to meet and accommodate guests on the beach or pool area, provide them with appropriate amenities, take food and drink orders, explain the menu, offer promotion items, serve food and drinks, keep guest’s place clean and tidy as well as pool/beach area in general, handle billing process, coordinating and cooperating with restaurant and kitchen staff. In April 2017 I was nominated for "Colleague of the Month".My direct responsibilities in the restaurant were: preparing “mise en place” (side station, back area, dispense bar), setting up tables, welcoming and sitting guests, presenting and explaining menu, assisting with choice according to diet requirements and preferences, serving drinks, including wines, topping up drinks during dining, taking and making food order, serving food, checking satisfaction, keeping table clean and arranged, offering hot drinks and desserts, preparing bill and giving discount if necessary.In September 2018 I have completed cross-training for bartender in Kalsa Pool Bar (Jumeirah Al Naseem).
