    As partner in a boutique consulting firm, I am responsible for preparing proposals that capture the needs of the client and provide effective solutions, including the background, process, methodology, expected results, timelines and costs, which have resulted in over 20 years of profitable contracts for EDI.I am part of the teams who deliver the solutions proposed as facilitator, documenter and follow up point to steer projects during the implementation of their action plans so that they achieve the expected results.I am in charge of writing case studies and teacher’s guides, which include extensive research in different industries as well as academic investigation.I prepare and produce the training/working materials required for each project, which need to be created in English, Spanish or Portuguese, using all Microsoft Office applications as well as Adobe pdf layouts.It’s been my role to coordinate consulting projects when there are other consultants or organizations involved to make sure tasks and schedules are fulfilled to the specs of the plan and the expectations of the project. In that capacity I have also been in charge of the financial requirements of EDI.- Managed organizational improvement projects, in the public and private sectors: prepare and present project/proposals to get funding, coordinate implementation and follow-up of project plans, and navigation of all stages in complex project to final activities.- Training design and curriculum development based on Action Learning to help executives develop action plans to introduce change and make strategy a reality in their organization. - Conduct and facilitate sessions during assignments, track and provide support in the implementation phase.- Prepare internal and/or local trainers to maintain delivery of the curriculums/programs created at the same level of quality and ability as a senior consultant in organizational development.

    Created the first company wide leadership curriculum for Leaders in all divisions of the Company; I taught the Leadership Essentials Program worldwide, including Australia, India and China. Originally thought out as an introductory course, it was opened to leaders at all levels in the organization.Trained internal and external trainers to conduct the Leadership Essentials program, company wide. I prepared a detailed Teacher's Guide that has been the backbone of the quality assurance system to guarantee that the program is delivered with the same first class level as we created it.

Prepared and trained the HR division that became the Goldman Sachs University in the fundamentals of Executive and Corporate Education.
