Reported to Country Manager. I was a founding member of the Tesla sales team, one of the first ten Tesla Managers tasked to launch new markets across the US and global expansion across EMEA, focusing on Netherlands and the UK.As one of three UK Regional Leads, I was responsible for 10 locations, 200+ staff, and US$500MM+ in revenue. Highlights included:- Built the UK sales organisation from the ground up: grew retail footprint from 1 store to 10 stores, scaled the team from 10 to 200 employees across functions, scaled vehicles deliveries from 1,000 to 5,000 quarterly deliveries, improved customer satisfaction ratings by more than 20%- Influenced all facets of Tesla's UK sale and delivery evolution, including structure (recruitment, compensation, organisational design and culture), daily operations (process, metrics, systems and automation) and customer experience standards (training, communications, real estate, marketing)- Managed large-scale launch of the Model S, Model X, and Model 3. The Model 3 was the third most registered car in the UK in August 2019.- Recruited, coached and trained high performing teams; attracted more than 200 high potential talents and industry specialists, including two management peers.- Co-designed and executed innovative digital marketing strategies and drove brand performance through region-specific initiatives, including promotions and PR opportunities.- Collaborated with the Government Policy team to promote UK electric vehicle adoption.- Automated customer journeys and established efficient, lean processes that handled exponential increase in orders
