    I was accountable for all aspects of the entire Remuneration and Benefits function and was involved in and managing of various HR projects. I served on various internal and external committees as chairperson, member and/or in an advisory capacity. I was also appointed as the Principle Officer of Pension schemes and served as a trustee on industry funds.-Manage, maintain and execute Remuneration and benefit strategy including advising and providing recommendations to board and executive committees. - Manage, maintain and execute HR strategy in line with international and national best practice- Manage Benefits administration - Manage Payroll administration and systems- Manage Payroll financing including accountable for labour budgets and cost analysis- Manage HR related Projects including implementation of HR system and time and attendance system- Comprehensive statistical HR and labour reporting
