• Active, high-touch tools included VS 2019 IDE, SSMS, T-SQL, and SSRS to create and maintain operational and management reports (detail and summary) from SQL Server data sources (2012 and 2016).• Frequently used T-SQL, VB.NET, ASP.NET, AJAX, and JavaScript using VS 2019 IDE to develop desktop and web-based applications to organize and automate business processes. The four applications described here demonstrate the diversity of business logic coded and UI/UX experiences created.1) Patient Screening (ORT): Web-based tool used by eligibility services staff to screen patients. In response to COVID restrictions, refactored code to capture and analyze remote-based screening productivity.2) Quality Control (QRS): Web-based tool used by internal auditors to review processed claims. Included logic to conduct in-app training, appeals, and scoring.3) Claims Inventory (PRS): Desktop application used to distribute and monitor health insurance claims for processing.4) File Tracking (EDI): Web-based tool used by staff to track import and export file inventory, and to document the file interaction between house system of record and healthcare clients. Included a scheduling module.• ETL experience using SSIS, Power Query, SSMS, T-SQL, and SQL Server jobs to import and export data, create data transformation flows, and execute scheduled data maintenance tasks.• Frequent use of DAX to query data for Power BI paginated reports, MDX to consume SSAS tabular data for month-end reports, and m-query for creating measures in Power BI semantic models.• Regular use of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder, Power BI Service, Power Query (Excel), and m-query to build reports, online visualizations, dataflows, and semantic models.• Course instruction and labs for Power App, Power Automate, and C#.
