    My responsibilities here are to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for clients/patients. I answer calls all day that have to do with appointments asking questions for our clients about their pets or finding someone who can answer them, relay messages to nurses and doctors, and helping with any other customer service related things that I can. I take care of day to day office work, paper work, and money handling. We are the first faces that the clients and patients see and it’s my responsibility to make an initial great experience to make both feel as comfortable as possible while in the clinic.

    I started off as sorting, stowing, and putting packages in the system getting them ready to go out the next day for delivery. I then was in a department that helps find missing packages, interacts with drivers more, and reset for the next shift to get packages in the bags to get to the drivers the next morning. That shift had a lot to do with interacting with the drivers when they came back and helping them figure out were their undeliverable route could go.

My job was to make the movie going experience as enjoyable as possible wither it was suggesting a specific seat area best for the particular guest or a candy/drink recommendation to take the snacks to the next level. I helped guest navigate their way though the theater to make the experience the best it could be.
