Major Achievements:• I implemented the revenue and costing calculations for 7 hospital contracts for an Australian Health Care provider. This development was a continuation of the rules development that Idiom has submitted to the Business Rules Excellence Awards 2018. On completion the client commented “I just wanted to say a big thank you for your part in this as you were always extremely helpful and prompt in your replies, and the returned repositories were always very good to work with!”• The business rules of an actuarial application used by a major Australian Insurance company to project the insurance premium calculation for 11 products were reproduced in Idiom’s Decision Manager in only 3 weeks.• The 12 page specifications for job termination business rules of a government department were implement in Idiom’s Decision Manager in a single day. Provided the training and mentoring that allowed the department’s staff to implement these specifications in two days. • Received numerous commendations for consistently providing excellent support and service.• Ensured all work was completed to a high standard and complied with both industry and client requirements.Responsibilities:• Develop custom applications for a range of clients in the insurance and health industries.• Utilise a suite of applications to automate business policies and rules.• Carry out product demonstrations, both online and onsite.• Provide pre- and post-sales consulting, training and support in New Zealand and Australia.• Implement new products and manage the migration of legacy insurance platforms to new Policy Administration Systems as0.• Perform thorough tests on release candidates for all application, write and maintain internal and external manuals, training notes and product documentation.

Actionstep is a cloud legal practice management system. I supported new and existing Actionstep users. I wrote an Actionstep implementation plan for new sites and a Health Check plan for existing sites. My main tasks were general product configuration, workflow setup, document and invoice template development as well as nationwide onsite user and administrator training. I designed a web based document assembly markup utility that was used by Actionstep users worldwide. I also enhanced the Actionstep document assembly with singular and repeating optional clauses using Word content controls. Optional clauses were missing from the Actionstep document assembly until mid 2016.
