    In a small business an entrepreneur is responsible for more than one area of business. During the growth of Suraci Metal Finishing I learned and preformed every position. I was able to hire people to take over most of the tasks over time. I handled purchasing negotiating with vendors for the best prices on materials, utilities, equipment, including insurance liability, Workmen's compensation also employee benefits. I was in charge of all daily accounting activities bookkeeping , quoting providing Financial statements and loan packages for leases of equipment, credit lines and long term liabilities. In partnership with a customer sergeants manufacturing I was trained in lean manufacturing through participating in Kiazans. My final position with Suraci Metal Finishing I headed the sales team. The structure I implemented was inside, and outside sales representatives with a strong customer service department Blended into the production department. This insured Communication was effectively execute it in real time. I was on the road creating strong relationships with existing customers and problem-solving any issues. I excelled at "hunting" for new customers through smoke stacking , cold calling, referrals and traditional marketing. We grew from powder coating belt buckles in my mother kitchen stove to 80k sq. ft. We purchased and did $8 million in sales with a customer base from medical equipment to bridges. I left in late 2009 to take care of my wife who was terminally ill and could not return Due to failed management while I was away from 11/2009 to 09/02/2010 and issues with former partner were Unreconcilable.
