Ensuring that all the MDA and Citi Housing Bye-Laws are implemented properly from the Design Phase, Work Documentations, Submission Drawings (to MDA) until the completion and turnover of the Projects. Responsible for the building inspection (with the Building inspector) and for guaranteeing the proper execution of construction work as per the completed and approved plans.
