    JOB RESPONSIBILITY----- Responsible for defining and implementing various HR systems. On boarding and Off boarding Maintaining personal data Assist in defining Career paths, Counseling and resolution of all HR issues and concerns at both individual andteam levels. Responsible for managing day to day HR Operations for New and Existing projects Interact with others operations manager. Maintaining all employee related records on a daily basis. Maintaining weekly reports & MIS reports Preparing salary structure of employees. Handling Contractual Staffing. Issue of Offer Letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation, Reliving, Experience Letters. Taking care of all the joining formalities of new entrant. Taking care of employee attendance. Negotiate for Salary & position offered. Screening the candidates by reviewing resumes & credentials. Conducting preliminary telephonic interviews to assess suitability of the candidates in terms of appropriateness ofwork experience, technical skills, qualifications, salary expectations, aspirations, communication skills. Scheduling the candidate who matches the expectations through direct interview. Interviewing the candidate from HR perspective for credential evaluation and position specification. Responsible for articulating and negotiating pay scale with selected candidates and clearly communicating allaspects of the offer including the salary and benefits. Frequently following up with the candidate till their date of joining.
