I work to analyze various forms of documentation from each restaurant to determine the environmental merits of their purchases and practices, create effective reports and other educational material for clients, and customize recommended next steps for each client to best suit their individual location and needs.

    My responsibilities as a Sustainability Intern at Brewery Vivant included developing a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy based on the practices of other B-Corp breweries and industry best practice guides; creating a recycling resource to be used by pub staff; re-evaluating the ROI of the solar array; as well as updating the staff directory website and writing weekly staff highlights.
