    Next Wave International is a communications group & charitable organization, which is training community and third sector organizations to engage the future & move society forward in a positive direction. Founded by Mal Fletcher in 1994, its main office was in Copenhagen for almost 10 years before relocating to the UK. NWI runs a number of ongoing projects, including the award-winning Edges and Catalyst TV series, the Strategic Leadership Consultation for European church network leaders and the Change2020 project for civic leaders.

  Youth Alive Australia

    Youth Alive Australia is a large, nationwide network of faith-based youth organizations teaching positive values to young people and running drug and alcohol-free events. Mal Fletcher was the founding national director of this organization which in its first ten years grew from just 300 active participants in Melbourne to around 60,000 nationwide. Before this, Mal led Youth Alive Victoria, which started in 1981. The Youth Alive model has since inspired the formation of similar movements in the UK, Europe & South-East Asia and has inspired other movements including PlanetShakers.
