It is a brokerage house, who normally buys and sells shares of its investors. I was employed for the first time as CEO of the Company. As such, I had to organize the Company from the top to bottom.My duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to:- Ensuring all operation as stock broker and conduct buy/sell on behalf the investors through automated trading system of DSE;- Ensure daily fund management to complete settlement with DSE as well the investors;- Ensure daily settlement of shares with the CDBL as well as the investors;- Ensure complete administration of the Company as regards to CDBL, IT, HR, Marketing, R&D, Trading and Accounts department- Ensure growth in revenue earning of the Company by adopting proper marketing policy, cost cutting, budgeting and adequate & efficient HRD policy.
