    I managed the POCO Discount Megastores account providing creative directionensuring the company stands out above competition. My duties include trainingand mentoring additional junior designers whilst managing their workloadand progression. Attending photo shoots assisting with lifestyle and productshots whilst multi-tasking all design requirements for each job. My previousaccount I worked on was Pep Africa which included 6 countries (Zambia, Uganda,Zimbabwe, Angola, Mozambique and Nigeria), PepCell, PepHome, PepCore.My duties included refreshing the overall look and feel of the design style, theleaflets, press ads, TV commercials in particular. Working with the stylist andphotographer in choosing models for various shoots, attending these shootsand choosing the correct shots for each project. In charge of social posts forfacebook for our probono client, Newborn Groote Schuur Trust, my dutiesincluded sourcing images and designing suitable posts for each themed week.
