    - Submitted monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports, which meet Donor specific guidelines and M&E framework. - Developed a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan and a logical frame work, that included donor and internal indicators, which measure impact on the long-term and intermediate level. - Conducted analysis on quantitative and qualitative data under each program activity; from the analysis I would give recommendations to upper management to better improve programming. - Used various mobile data collection tools for all M&E data collection, tools include: Palantir, Commcare. ONA, and KOBO- Gave a training for all field staff on various mobile data collection tools - Developed a numerical data collection tool aimed to simplify the data sharing and the aggregation of quantitative information replicating project indicators in the donor report.- Developed an internal tracking system for the entire program team. The tracking system showed progress of daily data entry. This resulted in better planning and time management.- Worked with program staff to ensure M&E tools and processes are understood and used- Ensure that day-to-day activities being implemented where in alignment with the overall program objective.

    Child Protection Department (Funded by UNICEF) - Assisted in developing a systematic and realistic monitoring plan that capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on program key performance indicators (KPIs).- Supported in the implementation of surveys.- Developed tools for data collection, management and analysis.- Analysed qualitative and quantitative data and write M&E reports.- Developed M&E approaches and plans, including indicator monitoring and database.- Conducted focus group discussions, interviews and follow-up on M&E exercises for various initiatives in the camps.- Monitored all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output. - Field visits to observe activities, ensuring that project is following the log frame and evaluating activities.- Worked closely with the Project Manager to monitor project action plan, identifying risks, reporting if the project is behind or ahead of time to relevant members of staff.
