    1. Follow up the incoming shipments .2- Accuracy and integrity of inventory documentation.3. Issuing the customs invoices and free zone exchange settlement.4. Follow up the customs declarations and send it before the deadline to the free zone.5. Follow up the Supply orders regarding the customers.6. Follow up documents and deliver to Finance Dept. 7. Maintain all records of quality models belonging to warehouse management.8. Oversee and monitor the stock movement (In / out) and the availability of stock.9. Analyze and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability.10-Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements.11-Ensuring the integrity of import /export documentation such as bill of lading , commercial invoice and packing list.12-Timely preparation of import & Export documentation and authorization for all air and sea shipments globally.13-Verification of all freight invoices.14-Follow up the documentation with the clients.15-Maintenance of records.16-Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times.17- Handle the shipment with vendor and follow with freight forwarders (shipping agents) and carriers (Air lines and sea lines).18- Following up with the Freight Forwarders, courier and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for Export / Import shipments19- Following up with the loading process at the factory and contact the clearance person.20- Recommending the best freight forwarder based on historical performance, negotiating prices and conditions to optimize benefit and reduce cost.21. Direct Release for all shipment from airport to operation sites and re-export it after the end of the job.22. Plan and arrange logistics required regarding shipments and goods exchange.23. Handling all shipping process. 24. Communicate with sales / customer service to solve international problems.25. Monthly reports.
