Senior managerJob responsibility•Implementing all administrative aspects related to security, H&S Dept. in coordination with all concerned departments within the organization•Preparing and updating the job description forms for all job levels in the security, H&S Dept.•Conducting criminal query for all job candidates in the company in general (dealing directly with the Public Security Authority)•Preparing for interviewing and selection process to complete the department headcount in coordinate with HR department•Prepare, manage, and archive all documentation related to hiring requests, transfer, and resignation of the department staff•Preparing, updating, and issuing the security, H&S Dept. policies, procedures, and instructions• Prepare and update the regulations of the selection, hiring and promotion of the department staff•Create and design all new security records, permit forms, and daily follow-up reports that used by security personnel in a way that ensures recording all possible information•Organizing, managing, and taking minutes of periodic and monthly meeting•Coordinating the security aspect during the annual inventory in coordination with the Internal Audit Department and After Sales Department•Organizing all security aspects related to seasonal service centers, festivities, and annual exhibitions (Automech Formula exhibition \ festivities of launching new series of BMW models…. etc.)•Prepare and coordinate all purchase orders for the security, H&S Dept. and handle it with the concerned departments
