Senok operates a modern & well equipped maintenance and service complex accredited with ISO 9001/2000 quality certification at Henegama , Weliweriya and staffed with a highly skilled factory trained and professional Engineers and Technicians.Responsibilities : Solely responsible for the sales growth of Heavy Commercial Vehicles. Managing key accounts and fleet owners. Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and call follow-up. Discuss with prospects on equipment needs and advise on type of truck to purchase. Review and monitor customer preference and operational records to focus Truck sales efforts.  Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate future leads. Support salesmen to set realistic and aggressive monthly targets and support deal closure. Respond to customer complaints and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. Liaise with the principles on product, pricing & promotional information.  Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition. Providing Monthly Sales Projection Report to the management.
