A. SPARES: 1. Started and Operated Carrier Spare Parts Depot and Custom Bonded Warehouse at Bangalore to supply Custom Duty Free Spare Parts to Customers viz. Shipping Lines. and brought up the Inventory levels to USD 60K (Custom Duty Paid Parts) 2. Brought down the Cost of Custom Duty Paid Spare Parts available to Customers and Service Centres to globally competitive levels.B. SERVICE SUPPORT: 1. Increased Service Centre base in the region by adding 6 additional Service Centres.2. Implemented CARRIER TOP PERFORMANCE PROGRAM for Service Centres achieving 100% participation.3. Worked with Customers on site and assisted with Emergency Downloading of Data from loaded Containers and data analysis and interpretation.C. TRAINING:1. Organised and Conducted Reefer Container Training Programmes to Customers and Service Centres achieving 100% Completion as per Global Training Schedule for the region. 2.
