    Thrilled to announce my new role in the Product Division at Synoriq🌐 About the tracks:Build the products on "Evolutionary Architecture" | SaaS solutions- Building world best core lending system- Unified LOS (All the loan products with Synoriq's best in use native templets- ERP for lenders (Outside core system, peripheral systems for day to day productivity and communication like CRM and others)- Internal Automation (The technology which we serve we must use for our automations) like License management system, Microservices etc 💼 Tools:- Miro Whiteboard | Conceptualization ideas- Figma for UX/UI- Clarity by Microsoft for user experience and heatmap- Notion for Task management - Google suite (Sheet, Docs, Slides, Calendar etc )- Monday for project management - SynoProjects for ticketing💡 Innovation Meets Practicality (Day to Day Life):- OKR tasks - Product Development ( Feature planning on SynoProjects and problem solving with stockholders) - User Experience and Feedback ( Customer Calls: Occasionally participate in customer calls to gain a deeper understanding of user needs and challenges.)- Team Management ( Review the works by team and suggesting the approaches) - Brainstorming ( With groups like Nucleus, Orbits and individuals on Organization policy, Product roadmap or client escalations)- Storytelling and demos ( Saturdays with teams and clients on new product showcase, why and how communication, demo plannings)- Decision-Making ( If anything stuck in sales, delivery or product help them to out from there)- Innovation and Industry Research ( Market Analysis and Innovation Exploration)- Documentation (Always find easy way to communicate about the product/feature in minimise way).🙏Networking- Vendor meetings (How our suite can help the customer to get everything at one place) I am always open to connecting with colleagues, industry peers, and professionals who share similar interests.
