    Worked as ADVISOR for WASTE TO ENERGY THERMAL PLANTS;The firm is running 11.5 MW Waste to Energy Plant at JABALPUR (M.P.) with boiler of HITACHI, Sliding Grate Type, & turbine of SIEMENS. Besides this there are 14-16 upcoming waste to energy plants ranging from 6MW to 21 MW in various states like KADAPPA,Anandpur , Pallavpuram in AP, Surat,,Nagpur,Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Ranchi,Amritsar,Indore etc. I worked for the O&M of Jabalpur Plant & Engineering of the Waste to energy Plants in the pipe line. Feasibility reports, land survey, bearing capacity of soil, water characteristics, plant layout, various quotations collected from various bidders .The projects could not be materialized due to financial aspects.

    a) Worked as a Thermal Expert for preparing DUE DILLIGENCE REPORT for non running of thermal plants for 2x220 MW+3x 120 MW Coal fired thermal Plants of HWANGE THERMAL PLANTS, ZIMBABWE, Studied all the technical & commercial aspects of the plant for one month at ZIMBABWE, & submitted the report to ZIMBABWE POWER LIMITED.A detailed report submitted included the short comings in operation & maintenance, spares availability, manpower shortage, preventive & overhauling aspects etc. b) On the basis of the due diligence report, it was recommended to deploy 26 engineers in various fields, I was deputed to lead the team to Zimbabwe & worked as advisor to Mechanical Maintenance manager. All the five units were made operative within a span of 2 years. I personally looked after the mechanical aspects of Boiler, Turbine, Ash Handling Units, ESP, fire fighting system, water treatment plant, oil handling system etc.c) Deputed as a PROJECT MANAGER for the construction, erection, commissioning of 15 MW PEAT FIRED, CFBC, CHINA make thermal plant. The plant was put into service. This plant of running the plant with PEAT, which is short of small wood extracted out from the muddy area created from the water coming from various hills. This peat was extracted, dried & than converted to small PALLETS with the help of AUGER machine, & to use this as a fuel in CFBC boiler. This was the first unit, & on its success more & more units were likely to be installed in all over RWANDA.d) Deputed at NIGERIA for the O&M of 120x3 Gas fired Thermal Plants.

    Worked as a commissioning Engineer for 120 MW LIGNITE fired CFBC, KSK Group CHINA makes thermal Plant at BIKANER in Rajasthan. Commissioning of boiler, turbine, & all its accessories were carried out successfully & the plant as a whole was commissioned on full load . The LIGNITE is the special type of fuel in the shape of wood, which was found in Rajasthan under the ground at the depth of 6-8 meter. This was the first plant run on LIGNITE,& more & more plants were likely to come after the success of this plant. Lignite has high sulphur value, which was to be neutralized by adding lime.

    Worked at Panipat thermal Power Station of 4x110 MW+2x210 MW+2x250 MW coal fired, pulverized boiler of BHEL make, as a ASSISTANT ENGINEER ,in 1978 & retired as SUPERINTENDIND ENGINEER in the year 2007.a) Initially worked as assistant Engineer for the construction, erection, commissioning of 110 MW units,& after commissioning of the unit, I was put for the maintenance of TURBINE, Pumps regenerative system etc.b) Deputed to LIBYA from 1985-1990 in oil fired thermal plants mentioned above.c) After return from LIBYA, Worked as AEE & XEN in various areas of the plant including maintenance of Turbine Area, Boiler Area, Ash handling unit. Also worked for the operation of 2x210 MW units.d) Worked as Superintending Engineer, in Maintenance Planning, material Management, & general services for the complete thermal project. RETIRED AS SE in the year 2007.
