    Duties and Responsibilities: Managing and leading the project team. (25 Engineers) Full time supervision of all construction works / activities for the project. Scrutinize and check working drawings received from designer (IFC.) Issue IFC drawings to respective contractors and keep updated record issued. On-site design co-ordination and reply to Contractor’s RFIs. Organize approval to contractor’s shop drawings, material approvals, samples. Refinement of works breakdown structure. Monitoring the progress of work with the approved master construction schedule. Prior flagging of anticipated bottlenecks and analysis of its reasons. Day to day correspondences including contractual issues. Change order management for design changes and extra items. Review QA/QC plan and Method Statement. Quality assurance and control to ensure conformance to drawings and specifications.  Review HSE plan (Health, Safety and Environment). Organize Progress review meetings on weekly basis. Review and monitor contractor’s logistics plan. Collect, review and maintain all the records of contractors’ daily progress reports. Review and certify Contractor’s payment certificates. Review and assess contractor’s claims for variations. Reviews periodic status reports prepared by Contractor, prepares and presents reports for Project Sponsor, including monthly summary report.  Monitoring project progress and performance. Monitoring and ensuring project close-out.
