(Borouge) is building Borouge-3 project in Ruwais industrial area, it consists of Ethane cracker unit , Poly Olefin units (2PE& 2PP), LDPE, XLPE, U&O and Non-Process Buildings 6 EPC Packages awarded. Overall Project TIC value is roughly $5 B. Project is managed by IPMT, a mix of Borouge PMT and Bechtel PMC2. Responsibilities Manage number of teams of Consultants, at EPC Contractor Home Offices and at the project site, responsible for monitoring, advising and reporting to Owners on the performance of the project independently from IPMT and directly to Project Steering Committee (PSC) and OWNERS. Observe compliance with good engineering and project management practices, safety performance, quality, cost and schedule and give guidance and advice on critical project activities.  Review PROJECT documentation and report on the status and performance of the PROJECT.Duties Review PMT/EPC periodical reports and identify areas requiring attention. Attend, as observer, periodical meetings with Contractors; familiarize myself with ongoing activities and areas of concern. Review Project Schedules, conduct schedule analyses and recommend corrective actions. Review interface coordination activities and identify areas requiring attention. Review and provide advice on Design Deviations/Concession Requests on request from PMT. Produce reports as per the contract.
