As Chief Culinary Officer (CCO), I am responsible for both the micro and macro food design of our company, paying attention to individual events as well as our overall culinary direction. We are a food-centered company, with a focus on being a positive force in our community. Our headquarters and event venue, Front & Palmer, echoes our interests, with solar panels, organic composting, art chandeliers and custom furniture from local artists, and food sourced from our region.
