Serve on various committees including the town’s Diversity Task Group and Superintendent’s Diversity Advisory Committee. Founded town-wide Diversity and Inclusion groups at all the town’s elementary and middle schools, co-founded an “Arlington Resistance” political group as well as the advocacy group Arlington Fights Racism.Served for four years on five-person Racial Justice Coordinating Committee for local UU ChurchProduced numerous listening group sessions, focus groups and surveys for targeted groups in my community for the Town, the church, and the public school system.
