      One Love Massive (OLM), now Heartcast Media, was a community based creative agency in DC that provides marketing solutions, audio and podcast recording, and booking services to local businesses and musical artists. Project: We utilized our platform to facilitate 'Factory Floor Sessions' as a way shine a light on the music community in the DMV. Local artists performed free of charge while streaming live via Facebook, Youtube, and our Website, using affiliate marketing and collaborations to fuel production. The sessions did incredibly well with an average of 10.5k viewers per stream with 59k average engagement per stream . By February 2018, our youtube channel alone grow a whopping 300% in just a few months.
