    1. Perform as a project engineer and manage & supervise at project site for insulation work including hot, cold and personnel protection insulation in Oil & Gas Industries, Petrochemical Industries, EPCC, Refineries and Offshore.2. Work with QC department to perform QC inspection on daily incoming products and items from suppliers based on quality specifications, drawings , control dimension and customers requirement.2..Quality inspection on control measurements of Geometry,Dimensions and Tolerances (G,D&T) from drawings based on suitable test equipments and measuring devices like Digital Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge ,Thread Gauge, Pin gauge , Block Gauge , Profile Scope Projecter , Dial Gauge and etc.3. To ensure every aspect in quality control inspection of each product and item is precisely checked and QC passed based on its cosmetic, surface, materials, treatment and control measurements ( G ,D & T ) before doing QC report and documentation via company server.4. To immediately inform QC Manager to do non-conformance report (NCR) if is there any issue on quality,cosmetic, and dimensions of items.5. Project management and following up with suppliers on quotations of new purchase order (PO) , taking on defects found during quality inspection by providing information to suppliers and follow-up on delivery date of pending items and update on rework items.6. To do Good Receive Note (GRN) on daily incoming products from suppliers based on its Purchase Order (PO) before pass it to QC team to quality check and inspect.7. Proceed to logistics department to do complete packing on items that has been QC passed and QC reported to be ship according to the date ,time , customers and shipping agent.8. To ensure the outgoing items are follow delivery instruction, in good condition and properly handle during loading and shipments.9. Sales Invoice (SI) for each different customer is placed and attached along every documents before shipment to customers.10. Monitor and ensure every items is protected and packed perfectly according right track to customers end.
