    Collection, input and maintain VAMS i.e. Veolia Asset Management System data base and provide/update/maintain all asset (pumps, valves, instruments, tanks, etc.) records.     Loading all job cards into SAP from level 2 meetings, Raise all break down spares or stores for spares & close them daily, Raise all break down PR’s for emergency spares, Raise all PR’s once the Maintenance Foreman & buyer have selected & make sure it is released and sent to the buyer for a PO to be created, Position all PMPM’s for month where day shutdown falls. Generate pre day shut plans. Generate MS plans for line day shuts. Attend all pre & post shut post mortems. Circulate outstanding works orders weekly. Reschedule work orders that will not be completed. Print weekly PMPM checks. Review and update Maintenance Plan. Ensure adherence to the Maintenance Plan. Planning and executing of routine maintenance (manpower, spare parts etc.). Update score cards after a shut. Do RCM SAP PMPM Work flows. Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors. Continues improvement of equipment reliability and availability.

    Before my move to Distell (2009) and permanent employment at Distell I did my in-service training at the City of Cape Town. In Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP) I was doing plant maintenance, data capturing, drawing up engineering formal reports/presentations, innovations and repair of machineries under the supervision of the District manager (Graham Dreyer). At Engineering Asset Management (EAM) offices I was working in a team of 2 people modifying and designing the level probes at Post dam WWTP under the supervision of the Chief Engineer (M.Mabulu). My contract came to an end after a year of such a great and exciting experience that I have gained.
