This included operating responsibility for leadership of 300 colleagues across two attractions: Banff Gondola (Lift Operations, Maintenance, Ticketing, Guest Experience, Four Restaurants, Two Gift Shops, Photo, Interpretive Floor and Two Terminals) and Lake Minnewanka Cruise (Boat Operations, Dock Operations, Guest Experience, and a Cafe). Oversaw the completion of a total re-construction of the Banff Gondola Upper Terminal. Led the corporate integration of seven hotels in Jasper. This includes coordination of corporate shared service teams and leadership of the operations teams in Jasper.Created a Corporate Social Responsibility strategy for Pursuit.
