Luke designed, documented, built, programmed and tested wiring harnesses for electronic jet kits used on motorcycles, dirtbikes, snowmobiles, and other motor sports vehicles. He assembled both motorcycle and ATV/UTV dynamometers, and altered or machined certain parts of the assembly to work better with the finished product. He also machined many small parts the company sells individually including O2 sensor bungs, pressure sensors, and lenses for certain gauges, to name a few. Luke placed orders for materials and supplies needed at local companies. Under the direction of the ME on site, he operated a conventional lathe, Bridgeport CNC mill, and Sherline CNC mini-mill to machine parts for the wiring harnesses and for both types of dynamometer.
