    In my role as a Senior Design Lead over the past 8 months, I have had the amazing opportunity to work with some of the largest global high-street Fashion brands. Working from a device-agnostic approach, I have been able to lead our teams from the creative concepts phase, all the way through to final production, while seamlessly integrating pixel-perfect User Interfaces onto market leading E-Commerce platforms. This has also involved leading creative workshops for client stakeholders, and internal team members alike.

    After flying to Sydney to work on site for Australand on their website, whilst being in the Junior Design role. I was then chosen as the lead designer on a Sydney office project, flying to and from Sydney on a weekly basis. This then lead to me being made Mid-weight design. During this time I meet with clients and presented from mood boards, wire frames and designs. Recently, It was a difficult decision to leave Reactive where I have learnt so much however the timing was right for me to return to the UK and take on the next challenge.

    After interning at reactive for 9 months, they decided to cut my internship short and my make a Junior Designer. My roles varied from production designer to designing micro-sites. Working with some of the companies biggest clients, from coles (Australia's biggest food chain) to ANZ (Australia and New Zealand's biggest bank).

    I began my career in design when i landed an internship at Reactive (one Australia’s leading digital agencies). Straight from the start I was thrown in the deep-end, sent to work client side for one of the companies biggest clients (Flybys - Coles group) working with a senior designer there for 2 months then left with the development team for a further 2 months. This taught me about client relations and how best to communicate your ideas.
