I am the owner of Haymond Horticulture a landscape contracting company in Reno, Nevada. We specilize in outdoor living space which includes the following services.-Landscape design, renovations, and new installations.-Hardscape design and installation which includes paver and natural stone patios and walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, pergolas / arbors, and raised beds.-Landscape Lighting-Water Features: Waterfalls, streams, ponds, and natural stone fountains.-Tree care: All work performed by a Certified Arborist-Irrigation: New installation, renovation, troubleshooting, and design -Maintenance: Plant health care by trained Horticulturist-Edible landscapes: Installation of vegetable gardens, orchards, vinyards, and small scale greenhouses /cold frames/ hot houses.

-Responsible for the care, maintenance, and management of all the trees located at the UNLV arboretum, which included planting, pruning, removal, control of pest and disease, and abiotic diagnosis and management. -Duties involved regular use of advanced tree climbing equipment, aerial lifts, and ladders, as well as extensive training and daily use of chippers, chainsaws, stump grinders, dump trucks, and various climbing and spraying equipment. -Significant time spent organizing and instructing employees on the execution of daily tasks and safety procedures to ensure the protection of both employees and pedestrians. -Conducted weekly inspections of trees to create strategic plans for preserving the arboretum.
