Site included Function Centre to cater up to 300 people, adjoining grasslands, 10,000 seat open air stadium, and 18 Tennis Courts. Throughout my period of employment I was known for looking outside the square and providing high end customer service. Developed the function business to cater for such companies as Diageo, Rams Homeloans, and Qantas. Apart from tennis events, I was able to develop the centre to cater for unique site events including Supermotard, Big Exo Day (for Hillsong catering for 10,000 youth), Dance Parties and Indian Cultural Festivals.
