    My role in this project is to assist in constructing a no-code module that enables customers to build their own chatbots. This module comprises multiple microservices written in Python, Golang, and Node.js, with a web interface implemented in React.Enable speech-to-text functionality during calls and analyze the conversation to generate metrics used by analysts to assess adherence to the script by agents. This project oversees the speech-to-text process utilizing an open-source model, exposing microservices managed by a messaging broker and Kubernetes with GPU support.
