    The main duties I was handling :• A/R foreign markets Europe (France, Netherland, Belgium, Luxemburg);• A/R foreign market Far East, Middle-East, South America and Africa (distributors);• Credit collection;• All related booking and postings (payments, debit notes, credit notes, reminders, order release, credit limit applications, etc..);• Intrastat declaration form;• Involved in the preparation and administrative negotiation of distribution contracts;More over, for the wholesale business in Far East, Middle East, South America and Africa, I was totally responsible for the handling Bank Guarantees and Export Documentary Credits such as L/C and Sblc: checking the compliance of the text according to UCP regulation, preparation and submission of all requested shipping documents.In between November 2004 and April 2006 I have been assigned to two important projects:1. The implementation of accounting/management software and procedures/group policies in the new entity registered in Hong Kong Geox Asia Pacific and training of the local personnel;2. The implementation of accounting/management software and procedures/group policies in the entity in Japan, Geox Japan and training of the local staff;
