Communicating with customers, and providing a good service - This is done through helping customers with problems they are facing or enhancing their visit to Vale Royal Abbey. Team work and trust - Trusted to handle money and lock up at the of the day. Also team work is vital within hospitality as working in events and day to day relies on you working in a team, resolving problems which occur. Such as; An order has not been processed, need to speak to the cook to resolve and get the food out to the customer as quickly as possible, and making sure the customer is still happy. Time Management - Arriving on time for my shifts, and delivering what is needed on time. For example,at a wedding, a 3 course meal to be served and finished within two hours starting at a particular time.
