Last summer I wanted to find "one" book for my toddler that covered all the major holidays of the year. I thought by teaching him about the calendar, seasons, and holidays all together it would help him to mark time. It would be a good way to see what months/holidays have passed and what we could look forward to, or get ready for. In addition, is I could familiarize him with the popular characters/colors of the holiday it would allow him to recognize them when the holiday arrived thus create some excitement for him. To my dismay, I was unable to find such book. Thus, A Year of Happy holidays was born.
